(Girls only question. Boys, do if you dare!)

(I am warning boss to not answer this unless you're a doctor or someone who wants to answer this. Girls can answer) But I was wondering, when will I know when I will get my next period?
Yes, I know. I got my first one in Apirl. I am expecting my 3rd one soon because I had my second one in May 4. It was 4 days early. But now I am worried. I have this party to go to four my cousin, it's a pool party.
It is June 2, which is very close to my date! It can happen a week early or late so that's a problem. What are symptoms? I had...

-Discharge (a lot to the point I need a pad)
-Mood swings
-Back pain

I know I can't swim with a pad. The discharge is a lot! Seriously. If it is my first day and it happens during the party, can I still swim that day? Or should I sit it out. Thanks girls. and daring boys

You can still swim but you'll need to wear a tampon. They make slim tampons for younger girls. Have your mom show you how to use it if you have any trouble.

I never trust them. But maybe. ;)

I never wanted to use them either, but my periods got really heavy and the tampons really work great, I've never stopped using them, and I wish I used them from the very start.

If youve got a very heavy flow please sit it out!

Unfortunately periods have a way of spoiling fun times especially if swimming is involved. If you happen to start you can try using a tampon or just sit out. You can try estimating the date by counting 28 days from the start of your last period. It's only an estimate and can start before or after that estimated day. Start writing the dates down and look to see if there is pattern to the number of days in between for your cycle. It usually takes several months to regulate when you first start having periods. Good luck.

A lot of times your first periods will be spread out, if you do get your period wear a tampon but if you feel uncomfortable just pretend that you want to tan by the pool, if you are close to your cousin explain to her what's happening and she will understand
