It's okay, you just need more proteins fruit and vegetables are good, but also things like nuts, rice, beans, corn, etc..

You have a good diet plan for toning here, and as long as you include weight lifting in your exercise program, you should be good to go. You can also include lean meat and legumes occasionally for your mid-day meal.
