Do I have any legal recourse to stop my siblings from removing items from my deceased fathers home before the estate is settled?

I am the trustee and items have been removed and they have locked me out of the home.

Have the locks changed ASAP & make sure you have the only key. You can also file theft charges if you are so inclined.

Can't you call the police? If you are trustee, then you are the one he felt could handle this best. You're just going with his wishes.

You have the mandate to stop your siblings if you are the trustee. You can use legal means to stop them such as a court order. They are not allowed by law to move the items before the settlement.
