I want to build muscle on my legs thighs arms and stomach, but how?
Im 13 and i do not want to use exercise machines.
Running, crunches, pull ups, sit ups, push ups, anything ups. Swim, lift weights, logic.
Crunches, running, lifting random stuff. You could buy kettle bells.
You can't go wrong with push ups,pull ups,body weight squats,and crunches
