I am too much skinny . How can i get healthy ?
i am doing exercise but i am not improving
maintain a healthy diet of fruits, veggies, grains, and meats, cut down on your cardio and step up your upper and lower body work out.
Eat a lot of Fruits especially oranges ,apple ,banana and mangoes .
Keep up the exercise but increase your intake of protein and good carbohydrates.
Eat pizza, burger, chicken grilled (yummyyyyyyyyyy) then you'll be fit, fat & obiously healthy. (If you're slim)
