I'm looking for a recipe for cornbread using fresh ground corn meal. One using only corn meal without using flour.

Eastern Shore Cornbread Plain is an example of a recipe made using freshly ground cornmeal. It is made by appropriately mixing together eggs, sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon, ground nutmeg, brown sugar, salt as well as vanilla flavoring.
