How can i make my legs thicker fast ?
I have a fast metabolism & i eat ALOT . so please don't say " eat more protein breads pasta blah blah . " I'm 15 & i weigh like 86 pounds . I have legit chicken legs . I've been working out for 3 months now because its supposed to thicken me up but my legs are still boney so please spare the paragraphs about working out more. I need other options if there even is any
