My stereo turned off and wont turn back on at all after my lighter adapter broke, how do i fix this or get my stereo to turn on?

I unplugged my ipod addapter from the lighter thing and the lighter part broke or something flew out?! NEED HELP

Change the fuse in the car.

You should try getting another lighter adapter and try to see if it works. You should see also if the adapter broke into your iPod which might cause a problem. If that is not the problem then maybe the adapter ruined something in the iPod when it broke or the iPod never charged. You should take it to be looked at also the lighter adapter as it may be fixed as well.
