By 2020 the U.S. will be the worlds largest gas producer and by 2034 it will be completely energy independent, due to the increase of shale gas production. While shale gas is worse for the environment than normal oil, it is in unbelievable quantities in Canada and the U.S. This will potentially make the U.S. once again have one of the strongest economies in the world.
Let's just say that everything is beginning to go downhill. If you get a good education and study hard know it should pay off in the future. Know who to trust, how to invest, etc. will help you when well the economy is terrible. Being a teenager I am scared for the future, so I hope what we think will happen won't become a reality.
I'm guessing that 10 years from now, things will be a lot more different than today. There will be more new advanced technology, job cuts, the increase in gas + food price, the population growing, world war 3 ( maybe some point in the future), or perhaps a zombie apocalypse! xD
benji, good grief!!! are you trying to give me a heart attack?! lol. lets just live life one day at a time already! wow! ha! old goats like me don't want you young ones freaking out about something way off in the future! okay? now: to answer your question..."I have no idea! I ain't real bright!" stay safe and have a great summer...;-)
