Do I have the right to move out of the State if the Grandparents have visitation?
I have sole/legal/physical custody of my 10 yr old daughter and her father has supervised visits by his mom and his mom and dad have visitation every other weekend. I live in ny and have better opportunity for jobs in FL. I know his parents are not going to let me leave with her and he doesn't really spend time with her anyway. Her last name is my last name not sure if that means anything or not.Her grandparents and I have had a huge struggle with getting along for about 7 yrs. The grandparents have tried to control my life as far as telling me who I can have a relationship with and who I can't. She has turned me in about 25 times to child protective services in the last 7 yrs ( all unfounded) she has tried to have me arrested but couldn't . Our court order says that I can't move no more then 50 miles from her house without permission. Our court order is about 7-9 pages long because I had to put so much stuff in it because she would do everything opposite then what I asked of her. My daughter had long beautiful blonde ringlets hair and her grandparents chopped it in their kitchen didn't even bring her to have it done right... Please help me
