How can I get rid of cellulite?

atleast do brisk walk everyday for 45min in morning or evening, will def give u result... take short 4-5 meals a day, drink plenty of water around 8-9glass per day.. excerise for 15mins everyday.. all this tips r given by vlcc as i have joined it for slimming, my weight was 51kg, n got 2kg weight loss. it really works..eat outside food twice a month, avoid pizzas..

yes, like they say, work out! riding a bike is the best thing to do. it works your thighs, gluts, core, calves, for arms, and hips. it also is huge on cardio. just trade your car for your cycle and your A$$ will get bigger and perkier and the cellulite will melt away.

I know this sounds funny but grounded coffee helps reduce cellulite.
You just make a cup of coffee and use the grounded coffee for the solution rub it on your legs and wherever you have cellulite. You will tell the difference in days. Do this three times a week to make a big difference.
