I am 13 years old and i feel like i am getting fat... what are some easy things i can do to lose a couple pounds?
Eat healthy, plenty of fruits and veggies. Drink plenty of water. Incorporate some exercise in your daily activities. Walking 45 minutes a day helps.
Eat healthier such as trading a water instead of pop ect. .
no need to worry about being fat or thin from your age just stay healthy avoid junk food... and do excercise like yoga ... which refresh you
Try not to eat after 6pm also.
