Clean out all your Internet cookies and history. Go to your control panel and go to install/uninstall and uninstall anything there you have that you don't use much. Then run a Defrag on your hard drive and that will clean out fragmented files you don't need. Add some more RAM also. Do a good housecleaning on it and get rid of any junk. You can download CCleaner free and that will find things to delete and also has a registry cleaner that will help. Make sure you have a good anti-virus also. If you don't, go to Microsoft's home page and download Microsoft Security Essentials. This should help it run faster.
Tuen the power to high performance, download a antivirus checker, and get rid of any of the Viruses, that will slow down a computer, and also get rid of any programs that you dont use, because they are using precious disk space
Well theirs a few things 1. Make Sure your pc has MORE then 512 Kb of RAM 2. Make sure you have no virus by getting a anti virus program (i recommend Nortan) 3. Delete Stuff you dont need cause you will surprise yourself with how much junk you have on your pc. 4. Clean The Registry With CCleaner Then It Should Be Fine :D
Firstly delete all temp files on your pc..to do that type %TEMP% in run or search box & then open the folder temp & delete all files present in that folder..this will help your pc to run better...install registry booster software from www.uniblue.com..restart your pc after every software installation & use good antivirus..i m sure this will help you & others also

Do not delete system32 as said be beliveme it is your operating system's folder. Moreover you would like to check your startup programs. Run msconfig.exe from Run(start>run in Xp or start, type in "run" in win7). Then in msconfig, hide all Microsoft services and deselect unwanted and resource consuming services.
Or else reinstall windows or whatever you are using... You can also try avg pc tuneup 2011 before trying that. The 2011 edition is better than the later versions! Lol!
Wisecleaner.com has 3 programs that have free copies of. Wise disc cleaner, Wise registry cleaner, & Wise care 365. They have a premium (for pay) copies of each but I have found using the 3 in tandem works excellently! Been using them for about 18 months now and my PC is much faster on boot up, browsing, and file searching. I have NO ILL EFFECTS from using them on a weekly basis! Check it out my friend you will be glad you did.
Have an anti-virus run a scan and also some utility program... Everytime after using internet erase every thing related ( cookies, history ..etc ) and temporary files ( you can use software - CCleaner for it ) Delete all unwanted or extra files and don't install heavy or unwanted softwares... don't use it roughly.. :)
Dont have too many things run at startup. You can safely diable these from the startup folder or from the registry (if you know how, if not google it). Also dont have too many programs installed as that will cause the number of things that run at start up increase. Anti Virus software will slow down your system but I would not recommend you disable yours.
(I)Disable the program run at windows start up.You can do it by following steps: 1. Type windows + r to open run. 2. At there type "MSCONFIG" without quotation. 3.system configuration will open then go to start up tab and un check the program start up which you want then click apply.Reboot your computer. (ii)Make your computer shutdown and start faster to improve system speed by these procedure: 1. go to system configuration by above step then go to boot tab ,there you will see time out in seconds which default value is 30.make it 3 then click apply then reboot your computer. (iii)Defrag the to rejoin the fragmented file scattered a computer hard disk by below methods: 1. Go to the properties of C: or any partition of your hard drive. 2. Go to tools tab then click defrag option. (iv) Use system optimizer tools like c cleaner.you can download this from below link:
