How much crunches should i do everyday for a six pack

i really want a nice six pack I'm skinny and male and I'm 13

Depends on how much fat you have in your abdominal cavity. You really need to adjust your diet first. Doing too much work on your abdominal muscles can actually make them bigger... just like any muscle. You really dont want bigger muscles in your abdomen.... so work on the diet first.

As many as you can do. Set a goal based on how many you can do in a certain amount of time. Then, increase that number as it gets easier.

i have a 6 pack and i usually do 200 or more every 2 days.

10 one day then 20 the next day then 30 the next until you reach 150 then continue with 150
