What's the best way to keep your mind off something?
normally I would draw, but I'm not feeling it, and I did a little activity to help but it didn't take very long, (and I think I messed up anyway by trying to make it last a bit longer.) I'm just upset and want to find a way to keep myself out of my head. I don't have very many things to do to preoccupy myself. Any tips? thanks in advance.
