What's a good way to get out of bed in the morning?

Have someone else turn your light on and off over and over and pick you up out of bed and place you on the floor. You could always try a Rube Goldberg, where hitting the snooze button would result in a bucket of ice water on your head.

go to your radio and put one of the static channels as your alarm, trust me you wont want to listen to that for too long

Set your alarm 10-15 minutes before the time you actually want to get up so you have 10-15 minutes to lay in bed and slowly wake up

You can try the alarm clock of mr. bean which will pour you hot water on your feet to really get out of bed. Kidding aside, use alarm and post note of important things to do today so that you will be forced to wake up.

Set an alarm on your phone and set the sound that it makes as a song you hate. Turn it up really loud and set the alarm clock across the room so you have to get up to turn it off. Not only will you be up already, but depending on how much you hate the song you'll also be awake from having to rush to turn it off.

Do not use gadgets just calculate your real sleep time and get in to bed accordingly so that there is natural wake up instance grow in your body so that you feel better after woke up in the morning. Live healthier than ever before.

Get a really loud alarm clock and make sure it is positioned in a place where you will have to stand up and walk over to it to hit the snooze button. If that doesn't work, look into some sort of sleep pattern app for a smartphone or something.

Something that helps me get up in the morning when I would much rather be asleep is to have an incentive. Most of the time it is just something little, like looking forward to wearing a favorite pair of jeans or having pancakes for breakfast. Have something to look forward to each morning to help you get excited about waking up. :)

Get one of those special alarm clocks, like the one where it's a mat and you have to step on it to stop, the one where it shoots 3 different shapes into the air and you have to pick them up and put them in the right slots and the one where you have to press the colored button(A different one of the 3 lights up each day) to stop the alarm, and if you get it wrong it will ring for 1 more hour.

If you have your alarm on an iPod touch, an iPhone or an iPad, make 10 separate alarms. One for when you have to get up, one for a minute later, one for a minute after that, one for....and so on.
