How Do I Survive A High School Strength And Conditioning Camp?
I played basketball for my high school's freshman team and tomorrow starts the offseason strength and conditioning camp that's run by our school's football coaches and I'm not sure if I can survive it. Our school is really good at football, and I heard that the camp is extremely hard. Are there any tips on how I can survive? I didn't lift weights in junior high (homeschooled) so my maxes are a lot lower than everyone else's even though I'm bigger then them. Is there anything I can do that will help me not collapse/vomit? Thanks! (P.s. The camp starts tomorrow so I can't prepare for it anymore)
