The heat in my 1996 Lincoln continental went out but it blows out air whats the problem

There maybe a heater control valve connected to one of the heater hoses in the engine compartment. It maybe seized/locked in closed position.. check that first... it's easy.

Sounds like the cable or vaccum line broke that opens the flap for the heater coil
