After training ,what should i take hot shower or cold shower ?

i am so exhausted after boxing training >>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I agree with the hot shower because you can get sick if your body is warm and you take a cold shower. Also, after you exercise Do Not sit down, or lay down, just walk for a few minutes. If your heart is at a fast rate, it's bad if you sit down/lay down. I know the wasn't exactly what you asked, but its a good fact you should know:)

Taking hot shower really get you relaxed. Hot showers are better

first take a cold one to cool down all your muscles and such, then turn up the temperature to loosen them up a little bit and relax them.

I turn it on cold the slowly warm it up so you get a cool down and you don't get sick done this for three years works really well
