What should I do to stop feeling like this?
I don't know if I'm the only one, but sometimes I feel empty. sometimes it stays for a few minutes or hours but at times it lasts for days or even weeks. even if I'm with family or friends I still feel very empty or alone. and although i hate it, at times i try to distance myself from everyone because i feel fed up and tired with everything and everyone around me. what can I do to stop this awful feeling ? any suggestions ?
