Is this a pulled hamstring?
last Thursday I was playing outfield during a baseball game. I dove and caught a ball, but during the dive something happened around the inside of my left thigh. when I got up I felt a pain and when I stepped on that leg to throw the ball in it hurt again. i could walk with no pain but when i ran it hurt like crazy.now it is Wednesday of the following week. I can still walk with no pain, I can jog with no pain, but I cannot sprint( my leg feels really tight). everyone tells me I pulled my hamstring, so.... my question is, from this info. did I pull my hamstring?
