Sometimes when I have a message or text I can't get to right away my phone"alerts" me it is set up that way. Ask the retailer to help you.

Repair? Is that a technical term, because my phone is new.

Your battery was not working properly so you need to exchange the battery.

Did some prankster set an alarm for you to be alerted every five minutes?

Bring it back to the store you bought it from, then ask the cashier about it. You'll get some help there. ;)

You might try going into " settings" and check to see if you or someone accidentally set the vibrate notification .
