I don't have an answer but i just got banned today :( i don't know why. Dan small worlds is believing this people but they are just lieing about the bad stuff i did.. they said i got banned for phishing? i don't know what that is. My account was 219 cl, I've also spent over 500 $ in 3 years. I got banned for "inappropriate Behavior", even though I was just standing there doing nothing when I got the ban. I emailed support, but it comes to a computerized response. I replied back a few days ago- no response. It seems like the staff doesn't give a shit about your account- and your needs.
