Can I get my money back if my ps3 is not working?

I just bought my ps3 last week brand new and now it freezes can I get my money back?

That really depends on where you bought it actually. As long as you have the receipt MOST companies will exchange it for you ( especially if its GameStop) There should have been a warranty available for you to get on the PS3 and had you sent that in to Sony and then informed them of the situation they will take it back as well to refurbish it and more then likely send you out another one.

If you still have your receipt, take the PS3 back, to where you purchased it. Without the receipt, the store might exchange it, or give you a store credit. Every store has their own policy. Having it freeze is not normal.
