I have a bad habit of fallin asleep late and gettin up late and I hate it how do I make my body back in track?
Wear yourself out during the day.Set a plan as to how you'll sleep and wake.That will help you, I hope!
I had the same problem. Just do something to make yourself tired right before you want to fall asleep.
Push ups and sit ups before bed usually help. Set an alarm on your phone or buying an alarm clock should help.
