What excercise will make you lose weight besides running or swimming
There are a lot of them actually.Biking.Dancing.Walking.Jogging.Boxing.If you're moving, and you do it long enough. It's going to help.

jumping rope is really good just do lots of pull ups or just hang as long as you cancruches and situps do as many as you can till you abs hurt then do 10 more do stairseat healthy
Sitting on the couch and watching people on TV running and swimming . .... Bike riding walking just about any thing that makes you sweat and keeps your heart rate up
Pilates, cardio. those two have worked wonders for me
The simple is usually the best. Walking is the simplest. It's easier on the joints. Requires only good pair of shoes and the road.
