If you really want to lose weight, this is what you need to do. Keep track of calories, watch your carbs so that means less carbs more protein healthy food is the way. If you have a smart phone find a app that counts calories keep your diet under 2000 calories. Make sure you also do at least 20 min of exercise a day even just walking it will improve your weight. Stay positive, you will be happy with results in end.
I suggest if you have the money for it get insanity I use it and I'm 100 pounds but it tones the body it keeps you from like gaining the weight. If you have a little flap of fat on your stomach then I guess insanity would be good for it like to just get a flatter stomach
