Think of all of the nice things you have done in your life. Now add 1 and multiply that by about 1000, because little thinks like saying thank you and holding the door for someone are easily forgotten. If your number is higher than 0, you are a good person.
Some of the things that one can do include calling a friend to talk about the situation so that one can at least get his or her mind off it. You can get out of the house and stroll around the park while listening to music. You can also do yourself a favor and have reminiscing moments.
you need to accept faith even when it doesn't make sense. I know a guy with a mental disorder who is so depressed he is always trying to kill himself and I told him all you have to do is pray Isaiah 54 and you will be cured. He wouldn't hear it and if I kept bringing it up, I'd probably lose him as a friend.
Well, what I usually do, is that I write how I feel on a piece of paper, and then I read a note that I write myself telling me how things get better. I usually end up ripping the paper with my anger up :)
we are usually sad because our minds make it so. I suggest to drown out your thoughts with some fast music like house, electro, or dubstep. those have minimal lyrics and the beats are loud enough to block out negative thoughts. combine that with Hershey's and you are a happier person :D p.s don't listen to heavy metal when you are sad. its a little bit darker and leaves the opposite effect. many of my friends can back me up on that. :) stay happy
