i want to lose weight fast how can i do it

im 28 im 5 3 and have two kids i do exercises every day i am losing weight but to slow help please

The problem is that if you lose weight fast you will gain it back fast. There is a big lie with this fast weight loss. By losing weight your body suffer some transformations, so, the slower the weight loss, the better your body will adapt to the new shape. If you want to lose weight for sunday and gain it back monday, you have the cabbage soup diet, for example. But for a permanent weight loss the process must be slow. Healthy eating and exercise are the safest ways to lose weight for ever.

Well you can actually start losing weight immediately once you start trying but significant weight loss won't happen overnight. You should first speak to your doctor before starting any weight loss regimen. You can safely lose about 1 to 2 pounds a week with proper diet and exercise. Remember, you didn't gain the weight overnight so losing it will be a process too.
