I'm really tired about everything,tired of my life
What can I do to feel better?

No one will ever understand no matter how much you explain. Nothing interest you anymore and even though you hate to admit it, you've got no cares for anything of anyone. You have no desire or drive to even get out of bed sometimes. You play it out like nothings wrong and pretend to be happy just so people quit asking questions. You try to be interested in things you think you should be but would rather just be curled up in bed. You crave anything that will just distract you from thinking of life. You try to set a goal but then just think "what's the point...I don't care."
Even though it feels like it, you're not alone. It is incredibly difficult to deal with but the best thing to do is not think of the future. Live life one day and one task at a time. Keep yourself as busy as possible and hangout with as many people as you can....eventually without you realizing it, things will start to get easier.

thank you soo much for wat u said. i been feeling like that for some years. i contemplated suicide but i know it will hurt my family too much and i don't want to bring them that pain.i feel encouraged. thanks a lot.

Look at something you feel proud to have achieved in your life and decide that you are going to do even better. Find something to inspire you and then start working on something new. Talking to people who have achieved something in life would also help.

I know the feeling, just eat a little something that tastes good and do something you love. I know the eating part can get you fat but so what? Live a little!

Find some (good) new interests. Find a nice new friend. Don't get depressed, it only makes everything worse. Try to stay up beat, and smile even when you don't feel like it. It helps.

Focus on things you are passionate about. Maybe you're passionate about art? You could draw on a piece a paper that will help you escape this cruel/busy world

Make it a point to do something good for someone every day. When people appreciate you it will make you feel good. If you do a good deed for different people every day, just think how many people you will have appreciating you. Try it and find out.

Try thinking positive first of all...Start exercising/working out, and doing things you enjoy. Church always makes me feel better. Do some good deeds for people in need. If you are feeling depressed maybe you should talk to a family member or good friend. Hope you feel better! :)

My goodness, you are so young to be feeling this way. Is it family issues? School? You know what really helps? Do something really nice for yourself, it always works for me. Be kind to yourself, you deserve it. Take care, you have a whole beautiful life ahead if you!!

Trust me I have felt this way before. Just don't give up. Try to go back out and do the things that you enjoy to to and then try to find new things so you can still see the joy.

How to add meaning to your life? Try and make some else's life better. Volunteer at some level. Hospitals, voting rights, food kitchens, elderly care, etc. Find something that interests you, and find a way to make others lives better doing that. It is always true that in giving to others, you receive more than you give. No one 'deserves' to feel good... but everyone deserves to have someone try and help them.

Keep active. Exercise can combat depression - it should increase your energy levels and make you feel better about yourself. Get some counselling - talking about your feelings will help.

Do you have a strong purpose? If not, do what you can to find one, be it improving yourself, helping others or seeking truth.

Above all, work on your self esteem. Do not allow any 'negative self-talk', and don't accept any 'put-downs' from others, at least not in your own mind. If you ever catch yourself saying anything negative about yourself, stop yourself. If you, or anyone else says you're not good at anything, for example, tell yourself it isn't true and believe it. Force yourself to be positive. Picture yourself as you wish to be as much as you can until that picture is stronger than the one you now have. Your subconscious won't like the difference between your current reality and the reality you create in your mind. Your subconscious is a genius and it's its job to make your inner reality and outer reality match, so you will reach your potential and become the happy, good and prosperous person that you're capable of being.

Listen to Beethoven's 9th Symphony. And reflect on what the song really is. Beethoven went completely deaf before he made this. It is truly a gorgeous song. And when you listen to it, doesn't it make you feel better knowing that if he could do that under terrible circumstances, you could do anything??? Makes me very happy knowing that i can do sooooo much.

My daughter went through this too. We're led to believe that we will be happy doing as little as possible. As you are finding out - that is not true. What makes us happy is action and accomplishment. Find something you want to do and go for it. Take action everyday to move you closer to your goals. Don't listen to those who say you can't. You will prove them wrong.

My daughter got her dog training certification. She is now working on gaining experience and hopes to have her own business soon.

What do you want to do? Decide and take action!

its so hard, years or problems and abuse. i tried to avoid it all, anger problems abuse selfishness from other people but they just kept coming and coming and coming. i am a good person, i tried to stand up again. but they just keep beating me up. i am so tired. i tried to look for new friends, but they are all so selfish self centered just plain assholes.

i tried to go for where my strength is, my parents, they are the so selfish. with out any remorse nor understanding nor empathy!!!

i am becoming a codependent, but i am still fighting back!!!

BUT SOMETIMEs, LIFE IS SO ANGRY AND BITTER AT YOU THAT IT BEATS U UP EVERY TIME U TRIED TO STAND UP :-(

Yeah life is rally dirty we have dirty life man but you should strong the confidence be your self you can do it basically don't com happy near you you think about God god is so big you want help of God but you should struggle and battle for easy life god help to us every nationality good luck ?? ???? ????? ????
