I just answered a question with an abbreviation at the end of the sentence, was I supposed to use 2 periods or 1?
According to my Merriam Webster: "Only one period ends a sentence."It also ends a lot of worry...if ya know what I mean.
One is perfectly fine.
You need to us one period since it is at the end of the sentence. When an abbreviation appears at the end of the sentence, the period will server both purposes and you have nothing to worry about.
Prob one but usually never end w abbrev to be proper
One, two, three o'clock-rock..... I just couldn't help it! Anything's cool!
