What kind of vitamins, what were the doses of each mineral and vitamin? Considering that most vitamin pills are incredibly insufficient for daily requirements, and your body is capable of flushing the majority of excess, I'd say not really bad. You might have some gastro problems later though.
If you want to up your vitamin intake, talk to your doctor. The DV on the bottle is a MINIMUM required to survive, but that doesn't mean you should just up your intake without consideration to possible consequences. Try taking lots of Vitamin C and see how well that works for you... hint: your body will only absorb up to "bowel tolerance."
Vitamins are good for you but, like everything if you have to much it's not. Don't take more than two vitamin pills at once per day OK. I'm not sure what will happen if you take a lot of them like that for a long period of time but, I know the out come will not be the best.
It depends on the kinds of vitamins you took. You should be just fine if you're not doing that regularly. Our bodies are very efficient at expelling excess of any substance, and most of the time not even all of the vitamins are absorbed into your body. Just be careful not to continually do it because it puts extra stress on your kidneys, filtering everything out. Drink a lot of water as well.
