Can a Jamaican apply to become a Canadian resident it never been to Canada.

Report as

It is not possible to become a Canadian resident if you have never being to Canada and lived there for at least 3 years. Some of the requirements you need to have before applying to become a Canadian resident include that you should be at least 18 years of age and know English or French. You need also to demonstrate knowledge of Canada, including the right to vote, obeying the Canadian laws and helping others in the community.
