Can you grow citrus trees in the home and actually have them to produce fruit?

you can if you take good care of them, but it would be way easier if they were outside.

I don't see why not. Just water them and maybe get a sunlight.

Yes, In fact we have citrus trees and they're growing fruit. But it's way better to plant them in your backyard. :)

In a green house you can, or a room with lots of light. it was very popular among European royalty to grow oranges indoors.

Yes, I almost bought an orange tree two years ago because the smell of the orange blossoms reminded me of home. I grew up in FL near oranges groves and now I'm in KS.
