Well, I can't promise it'll be "fast" because I don't know how much you weigh..but squats, sits ups, and jogging in place is really good. Although I do notice squats are most effective. Do 10 of these everyday and slowly add on to the amount you do daily. For example: do 10 today, 15 tomorrow, 20 the day after, etc. :) But of course, this stuff won't help much if you eat whatever you want. Try to eat healthier, or if you eat more than you should be eating, eat less (that doesn't mean starve yourself!) Good luck. :)
Eat healthy cut da junk food dnt drink soda go jogging with a sweater on push up nd sit ups and you should b good oh nd the thing we wrestlers did at school is drink alot of prune juice to have alot of bowel movements it worked for us dnt c y it shouldn't work for you :) good luck
Honestly , the fastest way to go is cardio. But you HAVE to stay committed . And diet too. Reduce your calorie intake. But don't overdo it. Just jog 30 minutes a day. I suggest downloading an app called calorie counter . It will tell you how many calories you should intake in a day. And is easy to use. Good luck !
