Write an angry letter. Seriously, this helps. Throw it away when you're done so no one will be able to read it. Keep doing it till you feel better. Curse and cuss even if it makes you feel better, but do it on paper! Pace around. Go outside and snap twigs. Listen to music. Breath into a paper bag. Ride you bike. Go for a walk while taking cleansing breathes. Go for a run if you feel up to it. When you're angry, you get little shoots of adrenaline, so being physical helps get rid of this. Whatever you do, stay away from other people until you cool off. Eat a nice cool orange. Feel better! Deeeeep breathes!
You need to focus on some other positive things. You can go out with friends or take a walk, ride, watch favorite movies or read interesting books. Try to get rid of the situation that made you sad and this is only by keeping yourself busy with something else.
If you are mad at someone, confront them. Tell them point blank they are wrong and you will not tolerate. If it's at some thing just remember it's just an inanimate object. Taking a walk or being physical seems to help if you are beyond reasoning.
When I get mad I punch my pillow as hard as I can. It helps. You could lay down and relax or sleep. Think about good thinks and Don't focus on what's making you mad. Try to forget about it. You can also go for a walk, do something you like, take a warm shower, or watch tv.
Listening to some peaceful music Scream into a pillow Take a soothing bath Rip up a piece of paper Have something to drink Lay down of a minute. Relax Watch some TV Rant to yourself and let it all out Punch your pillow Throw your pillow Go outside for a little while cool down Talk to someone about how your feeling Eat some food Go Outside and Ride your bike Go to a friends house text some of your friends/family Take a nap eat some chocolate be by yourself for a little while
