Is there a way to reduce pressure on my feet?

I started working as a carpenter a few days ago, and my feet are killing me for standing on them for about eight hours straight. Are there any ways to make it more comfortable? I can only rarely sit down, and I have already tried wearing multiple pairs of socks, but it is far to hot for that since the shop I work in has no air conditioner other than a pair of fans, one of which actually blows hot air. I also cannot afford those jell shoe things, and only have one pair of boots that I can wear to work. I cannot afford a new pair since I have really big feet and it is impossible to find shoes, let alone boots big enough.

Soak your feet in Epsom salts after work. In a week or so your feet will adjust to the standing.

I have to. Our shop is really disorganized, and we just got a shipment of cabinets that made it even worse. I walk from one end to the other constantly.

Can't afford them. I get paid minimum wage, I haven't gotten my first pay check, and I have to give most of it to my parents. And ten percent of my wages goes to my church. So I don't get much.
