contrary to popular belief, eating tons of fatty foods can actually be beneficial to muscle growth. You honestly don't even need to workout as hard as everyone else thinks you do. Put in a minimum of a half hour at the gym per week, and just load up on calories in your downtime. I know this sounds a bit unorthodox, but trust me, it works. I'm 22 years old, 6'4 and weigh 275 pounds with only 8% body fat. I've been following this routine for a few years now and you wouldn't believe the results.. Just two months after starting this, I found myself bench pressing 350 pounds, I'm now up to 675 and hope to keep progressing.. hope this helps, keep lifting, but most importantly keep eating, my friend.
Well, I guess you could hire a personal trainer. e-e Or swim. Swimming is a good way to build muscle. Sit ups, push ups, running. You just have to do it every day. Or every other to start with. :) It might take a while, though. Good luck! :D
