If circumference of circle 1 is equal to diameter of circle. what is the ratio of the area of circle 2 to area of circle 1?

Options are: 1/pie, root under pie, pie, pie square, and 4 pie square. please help me!!. entrance questions are tough and I am bored by solving them all day all night.

d= diameter of smaller circle.
pi d= diameter of larger circle.
I'm seeing the circum of the first is equal to the diam of the second. Ok, the d/d ratio is d/(pi d)= 1/ pi. That's the first dimension ratio. Now jump to the second dimension area:
(1/pi)^2= 1/(pi^2)
