I used to cut too hun...but I stopped by keeping myself busy, exercise does help alot. Honestly I moved away from what was making me upset and got a nice boyfriend that loves and takes care of me it helps alot to be loved also. The more your loved the less you'll think about hurting yourself
Helping others! Adopt a pet! Doing something good for others will help you feel so much better! I do recommend therapy. Talking to someone will help resolve those negative issues and help put them to test for good.
Are you serious? Well, if you are cutting, then that shows signs that you need attention for either good or bad reasons. You need to make sure a close and personal friend knows that doing this to yourself. Better option is to tell your parents they are supposed to love you and can help you more. As for you original question? take a hot shower, hit a pillow, TALK ABOUT IT. Stay away from pointy objects and go into a routine. Sooner or later, this will be apart of you past and you will forgive yourself and be giving someone else advice about the matter.
Exercise, really is the best thing. Or, I should say physical activity. Another good one is coming on ask.com and helping people with problems. I try to make people laugh, but that gets deleted. But the helping part still feels good.
