Smith Machine Military Press
Front Plate Raise
Reverse Pec Dec
Triceps : Cable Tricep Extension (PRE-EXHAUST)
Close Grip Bench Press
Abs: Decline Sit Up
Lying Bench Leg Raise
NEVERMIND THE SETS & REPS... MY QUESTION WAS HOW TO PRE-EXHAUST MY MUSCLES WITH Side Lateral AND Cable Tricep Extension? I KNOW HOW DOES THIS TECHNIQUE WORKS BUT I DON'T KNOW WHICH EXERCISES SHOULD I COMBINE TO DO THE PRE-EXHAUST :) Thanks
