Work out A LOT. To be honest it doesn't really matter what you eat just stop when you are full and in variety(: Don't over work yourself though that could just lead to injuries.

Exercise 3 to 4 times a week. Eat more nutrition, less sugars and caffeine. Keep fats to an ok level and get a good 7 to 9 hours of sleep.
