What shall I do

Last Friday I had a horse stand badly on my foot I was wearing steel toe caped boots at the time but it broke them, went to A&E on the Saturday as could not move my toes and put weight on my foot, was told nothing was broken after an X-ray, but was told that the foot was swallon even though I can't see that, and was told to rest for 5 days which I have been doing, Thing is I still can't move my toes at all or put pressure on my foot,

What shall I do

Thank you

keep doing what you were instructed to do. if you feel a need for more advice call the doctor that you saw and explain that you feel it's not healing like it should.ask for any further advice they can provide. if that doesn't prove helpful you could see another doctor. but,I imagine that the swelling is pressing on the nerves for that area.the swelling may also be the reason that you can't move your toes yet. I know it may be hard but try to continue being patient. you'll get there, I know, easy for someone else to say.lol! but it's true. best of luck with this..

Do what the doctor told you to do and don't try to move your foot or put pressure on it.

take a big bowl and get Epsom salt and hot water, mix them together in the bowl and soak your foot, also try soaking it in ice water

You can rotate hot and cold compress every 20 minutes, along with meds doctor gave or advised to take. But it sounds like you need it checked again
