I'm 13 5'3 and 1/2 & I weigh usually 96-99lbs is this healthy Im starting tumbling so do I need to exercise?
I'm 4.9' and about 80 lbs. (A little underweight) It seems like you're healthy. Maybe you're a few pounds under but that's no big deal.
it sounds like a good weight, maybe even a little underweight. you should exercise no matter what you weigh but don't strain yourself
according to charts and weight calculators you are under weight so you actually need to gain muscle
