Well my sister dropped out of high school because she was pregnant then a few years later the dad went to jail so she got another boyfriend then she got pregnant again and the other dad also went to jail so she's a single mom and she's still moving on with her life so as long as you have people supporting you it should be fine but it could be pretty hard
Yes, it's very hard to be a young mom, it's even harder to be a young SINGLE mom, and it's even harder still to be a young single mom without an education. Not sure why you'ree asking, but in case you're one of those kids who thinks they wanna drop outta school and have a kid ... don't do it.
Of course it is. Being younger, you don't have a career like an older woman would, so you have to struggle to find the money to properly take care of your child over the years. Then there's the fact that you have to give up your youth, and that's something you can never get back. You might also have to put your education on hold. On top of everything, young parents often don't stay together, which means the possibility of raising a child in a broken home. If you're considering having a baby, please, wait until you're older and enjoy your freedom while you have it.
Depends. If you have the money to hire a live in baby-sitter or have parents ( grandparents) who are willing to raise your kid for you while you do something with your life then you have it made. If you have a husband that is supportive, is well educated and has a decent job, then you must be living in paradise! But I am guessing this does not apply to you because if it did, you would already know about it and thus would not be posting this question.
I had my kids young , yes it does have some challenges . I can't say I regret it . One is a adult now , and the other is a teenager now . I basically grew up with my kids lol I know that may sound strange but anyone who had children young will understand that comment . Plus it makes you responsible very fast ... I would do it all over again in a heart beat . But having kids young is not for everyone .
Honey, listen to my words...It is hard to be a mom, period! Rewarding, absolutely, but hard none the less. Do you have any idea how much a baby costs? And it gets more expensive the older they get. You can no longer go to the social events you did pre-baby, prom? forget about it. Parties? no way. Graduation? If you're lucky and extremely motivated. Sleep? Hahahahahaha, all those mornings of sleeping in you once enjoyed, gone. Having a baby is a huge responsibility, it's more than someone who is still a child themselves could ever comprehend. Wait, there is no hurry, babies will come in time, enjoy being young, experience life, then have a child. You will reap the rewards, I promise, if you just wait.
