I have a cpap machine, please help me figure this out?

my sleep specialist prescribed a cpap machine for my sleep apnea.will it help me breath better too?

It will change your life! You will have more energy and focus. It forces room air into your lungs. Its for sleep, so it will help you whether you are breathing properly or not when asleep.
You can also avoid high risk for stroke and heart attack. Lack of oxygenation will lead to tissue death. Do it every single night.

It will help you breathe better when you sleep. By doing this it helps you maintain a patent airway and proper oxygenation; which always helps your overall health.
