I have an Asus Zen Book Prime, I have accidentally disabled the touch pad. I want the touch pad to work if I don't plug in the USB mouse.

There are two function keys that you can press to activate the touchpad. Try pressing the either of the F1 to F12 key at the same time. Alternatively, use a USB mouse to go to Start>Control Panel>Mouse where you will activate the touchpad.
