I would probably feel sorry for you for having permanently disfigured yourself in such a visible way but I would try not to show a reaction. I saw a guy talking about how he was shunned, couldn't get a cab etc. while he was working on the show Supernatural being filmed in Vancouver B. C. He played a Genie and had intricate and scary fake tattoos drawn on his face which he had to leave on for like a week. People were afraid of him and saw him as a freak. You really don't know when you look at someone what led them to make that decision or what they are really like. Maybe they regret it or maybe they're making a movie and they have to leave their makeup on for a week. Maybe they would appreciate some human interaction or maybe they're a weirdo. You just don't know for sure.
depends on the tattoo. most would avoid you, but I would greet you with a respectful head nod and continue on my way. its your choice as to what you do with your body, if it doesn't relate to my immediate life why should I judge you based on your looks. everybody expresses themselves in their own way so why assume they can't be amazing because they aren't like you

I see where this is going. don't get a tattoo on your face! Trust me it is all bad in life from there on out. I would see a wierdo with a tattoo on his FACE! You might be a nice guy but a tattooed face would kind of give people the wrong idea.
I would have one of two reactions. If the tattoos were Maori, I would find that quite intriguing because its rare to see that in my part of the world and there is meaning and art behind those marks. My other reaction would be that this is a person that doesn't understand that visible tattoos are career killers. People who have their name tattooed on their body -- well, it looks like they aren't smart enough to remember their own name. Successful people (outside the music industry and dome hair salons) don't have visible tattoos. They decorate their lives in other ways.
Depends on the tat. One of those cool tribal tats would be awesome. On the otherhand if it was a swastika or gang tat or those tear drop/blood drop tats i expect id cross the street or at least keep my head down and get past you as quicky as possible. If, on the other hand, it was some wierd novelty tat i might stare at you.
I would think any or all of the following: This person does not want a job This person probably does drugs This person does not want to work This person is immature This person does not want a job This person is irresponsible This person does not want to work This person is rebellious This person may be a very nice person but does not think about ramifications for stupid and permanent actions. They have no idea just how important first impressions are and worse, does not care about that or their future.
