Lately i'v been getting very little sleep, I havn't gone to bed before 4 or 5 in the morning. This is the third time i'v stayed up all night
Its gotten easier to just sleep every other night. Anyone have similar issues or know what might cause this? Do you know anything that could help me get to sleep by midnight? (don't suggest caffeine because i'm addicted to pepsi, and that's a whole different problem.
