Ok, so I hurt my muscles on the first day of camp... What do I do?!

I was climbing a really gravelly, rocky hill and I just went full steam -_- I thought I'd be OK because I've been walking a TON, but nope -_- my butt and upper thigh muscles are dying, but I'm probably going to have to climb that hill again! what do I do?!

Stretch them out, but do not over push it. A pulled muscle is not what you need right now. See if your health personnel has any pain killers, and maybe get a massage from a fellow camper. They may not be too wild about that, but if you offer them one, maybe they'll be more likely to return the favor.

Thank you! :) the stretching is helping, but I think I'll pass on the massage since its my butt muscles that hurt XD

Haha that's true. Probably shouldn't ask for a butt massage.

You should rest whenever you get the chance to. Maybe you could try stretching your muscles from time to time. When you have to climb the hill, take it slow and steady. :)
